if she breast feeds it will take 300-500 cals per day so I recommend that..

and fish oils when she's prego and the whole time she is breast feeding, do her and the baby a great opportunity..

I augmented my wife's diet starting at month 3 prego with 6g of fish oil per day and salmon 3x week..

Kid is now 18 months old and compared to his birth group he is at a 2.5 yr olds mental development and size (depending on which table you use) he's in the 50-75% in everything..

He's just starting to make sentences... the docs expect 3-4 words... we stopped keeping track after 85 words and he was 11 months old..

Wife is at pre prego weight as well within 5 months of getting prego...

    after breast feeding..

I'd give her a thermogenic, and 10mg var for 8 weeks... but mine has run that before..

    After workout cardio
    am cardio empty stomach
I fix all her meals so i control what she takes in..

Mine can safely lose .4 lbs per day 4-5 days a week

and she's 42 now.. so that's saying something..

If she is breastfeeding I would never suggest clen, t3, var or anything else. I am not sure what kind of effect, if any there may be to breast milk but why take even the slightest chance.

How is she expecting a baby and breast feeding at the same time, who is she breast feeding you? lol

Damn pregnant at 25....kind of young...or maybe I just hate the idea of settling down before 30.
