    First time dianabol dose?

    Soon to run dbol as a kick start. Curious if you vets feel 50mgs for 6 weeks would be ok, figured I would split the dose in half and take it about 2 hours before workout and again 7 hours later. Thanks.

    If this is your first cycle than:

    1-12 test e 500mg/week
    1-4 dbol 40mg/day

    Generally spread it evenly through the day, gives the best blood levels and less sides.

    Thank you for the reply bro, I guess the theme here is the 50mg dose. Will that be acceptable for the first go around with the compound?

    what exactly do you need to know?

    50 mgs is what I used, but Im not a beginner, you would be fine with 30-40 but do what you want.

    Yes spread it out during the day, at least 3 doses

    and THANK YOU for putting me in the same post as Marcus, that is a HUGE honor !!

    I didn't find any real difference in taking it any special time before workout. but the active half life is about 8 hours , so evenly spaced dose 3 times a day

    Nope, its the high end, but not out of line. we usually tell people to start off lower, but your fine. watch for the water weight gain, it may come quick with 50mgs

    As always T thank you for the help.... I will have adex around if I bloat a rediculous amount. To be honest the lower back pumps are what I am worried about ... I have to be able to dead heavy, or else I will total like crapola.

    well, there is nothing wrong with starting a week or two at 30 mgs to see how it hits you , then up the dose to 50 if you feel you need it.

    Ahhh fine, you always find a way to bring me back to center. I will give that a go, hell it will be cheaper anyhow. Tricky tricky T-MOS.

    50mg ED is quite a bit. even 30-40mg will produce gains.

    that said, my room-mate runs it at 75mg everytime he cycles d-bol. he retains a huge amount of water though.
