    I Need Help with steroids

    Before I get started let me say I read threw the newbie thread and there’s just too much information. That being said I'm 20 years old, weigh 150 lbs and I'm 5’8. I want to start building muscle fast and I'm not sure what to use to that. I already workout, have a good diet and get my 8 hours of sleep but I'm just not getting the results I want. So I want to ask you the community what kind of legal steroid would you recommend to gain muscle? Thank you for spending the time to read this and I look forward to your answers.

    no steroids for you.. your too young....

    its all in your diet.. get a good diet and u will grow

    Should I be using some kind of weight gain protein powder? Does that stuff actually work well?

    Yes, at least 200g proteinor 250g, weight gainer if you want to weight more, creatine want hurt and watch your diet. eat alot but do it 6 times a day. find out you body matabolisome and go from there. Your probley a fast burner so eat like hell

    for the most part those weight gainers are crap... don't waste your money buy real food. head over to the diet section, post up your diet and someone will help you with it

    remember if you ask most people diet and nutrition are 60-80% of your training.
    Do creatine and some Nitric Oxide for good pumps. and EAT EAT EAT

    To gain you have to consume more than you burn up. You are probably overtraining and for sure not eating enough. Focus on a few compound exercises (squats, benches, deadlifts, etc.) and eat every 2 hours whether you're hungry or not. Hunger can't be your guide for eating because you are not eating enough. You are going to have to force it a bit. No steroids yet. Good luck

    don't listen to this.
    200g of protein or 250g of weight gainer....
    stay away from weightgainers. aim for a good protien, carb, fat balance out of food. like said earlier, go to the diet forum.
