Quick stats:
30yr, 172lbs, 5'11. Been on a bulking diet for 5 weeks - 3200-3500 cals a day. 250-300g protein.
Working out 4-5 days a wk, been training off and on for over 10 years. Normally 5 months on, few off. Genes won' allow me to gain size easily and I plateau at about 4 months. Can't seem to break through.
Heres my question - which cycle? Can't obtain anymore gear for the time being.
8wks - deca - 400mg/wk
10wks -sust - 500mg/wk
or
10wks - deca - 300mg/wk
12wks - sust - 400mg/wk
Have Nolva just in case and clomid for PCT wk 14-16
This is my 2nd cycle, first was test only.
