Which Cycle would be best
First of all let me say thanks to all the people devoted to our knowledge on this site. I've gotten a lot of good answers.
Quick stats:
30yr, 172lbs, 5'11. Been on a bulking diet for 5 weeks - 3200-3500 cals a day. 250-300g protein.
Working out 4-5 days a wk, been training off and on for over 10 years. Normally 5 months on, few off. Genes won' allow me to gain size easily and I plateau at about 4 months. Can't seem to break through.
Heres my question - which cycle? Can't obtain anymore gear for the time being.
8wks - deca - 400mg/wk
10wks -sust - 500mg/wk
or
10wks - deca - 300mg/wk
12wks - sust - 400mg/wk
Have Nolva just in case and clomid for PCT wk 14-16
This is my 2nd cycle, first was test only.

both cycles are to short... and maybe u need to figure out your diet a little more.. more calories and more protein.. specially since your going on.. your bmr was around?2700?

Not to be contradictory but I love to work hard. Just haven't had the proper advice. Hard to know your doing something wrong when you don't know whats right.
I train my ass off, I'm cut as hell, which is why I only weigh 172, just haven't been training right... Thus why I am here!

^^ hmmmm This is suspect
IF you did as you said, at your height, you should be able to get to and MAINTAIN a bodyweight of at least 200 lbs NATURALLY
if you can't do that, then steroids really aren't going to do you much good, you will make gains, and lose them

hittin the juice isn't a magic shot, it will not make you larger over night and if you have not reached your natty potential yet, then your just going to waste ur money. diet, diet, diet, train, train and train some more, always change your workout schedule and try to do that every few weeks, i change my workouts every 2 weeks. your body will adapt to almost anything you throw at it, so changing it up, keeps your body guessing and growing, that is how to naturally overcome your plateau. try juice in a couple more years when your natural potential has really been met, trust me it's worth it to wait.

Just by looking at how you have your PCT set up, it looks like you already have the cycle choice in mind. Truthfully it is the one I would chose as well, but like everyone is saying your weight is quit low for your height to already have cycled. Diet it always key, and I know you don't want to hear it, but it is so true. I would work on it, and if you do run the cycle, get an AI will on cycle and use the Nolva and Clomid for your PCT.

Lol, I feel you. I know exactly what your saying... I am not trying to argue with you guys, just inquisitive. I have only been on this bulking cycle for 4 weeks. I went from 167 to this last Monday at 172. It is taking me some time to get used to even 3000 cals a day, let alone adding another 500-1000 My first cycle was about 5 yrs ago and I had no idea what I was doing, like most newbies, that is why I kept none of the gains.
I run a lot and like to be fast. I have never tried to get bigger. IMO it is easier to stay lean and small than bulk up. The diet is harder than any other training I have done. I am on it though! Give me a couple of months and hopefully I can hit about 185. 200lb is the goal.
I'm taking all your advice and will keep you all updated on my progress. I am in no hurry to jump on the juice, just want to do it right and know what my goals are before I start.
That being said, I'm working on the diet now - target weight 200 before start?
If I had to write down the ideal stack - between deca and sust - what would my dosages be and how long? deca 400mg/10wk, sust 400mg/12wk?
Still got more reading to do - (supps and deit...)
