    test p/tren ace cut...what am i doing wrong?!

    ok first off iv been on test p and clen for 11 days, and iv been on tren and t3 for 3 days (havent felt the tren yet). iv been doing low intensity cardio twice a day once in the morning on an empty stomach and again post work out. i know diet is 80% of it, and my diet is really good, i ran it by the diet section:

    6 am: get up and do cardio

    7 am: Whey & oats shake (50g protein, 22g carbs)

    7 45 am: 10 egg whites, 1/2 cup of oats (50g of protein, 30g carbs)

    10 45 am: Whey & Oats shake (50g protein, 42g carbs)

    1 00 pm: 8 oz turkey, broccoli (45g protein)

    3 00 pm: 8 oz talapia, 1 cup of oats (45g protein, 60g carbs)

    5 30 pm: 8 oz chicken, 1 cup of oats (45g p, 60g carbs)

    WORKOUT

    7 30 pm: Whey protein/oats shake (50g protein, 22g carbs)

    8 30 pm: 8 oz salmon, broccoli (42g protein, 15g fat)

    10 30 pm: 8 oz salmon, broccoli (42g protein, 15g fat)

    SLEEP


    419g protein (1676 cals)

    241g carbs (964 cals)

    50g fat (450 cals)





    so what am i doing wrong? is my gear fake or am i just too anxious for results and should give it some time?

    i posted them, idk if im an endo or meso? i use to be fat but my diet was horrible..as a little kid i wasent fat though so i have no clue..maybe something inbetween the two. should i maybe cut the carbs a little?

    then re-evaluate diet and training.

    hahaha i know, its my first run at tren and by the way everyone talks about it on here they make it seem like its god. but im just concerned because im doing cardio 2x a day 7 days a week for almost 2 weeks and iv seen no results

    His stats are up bro... lol... unless you want different stats that I am not aware of....

    And bro... it's been 3 days !! lol... give it some time.. a week or two and you should start seeing good progress...

    By the way.. I like your diet... But I would mix it up a little bit more.. SALMON twice in a row switch one of them out for a chicken breast or some lean steak.... as far as the broccoli I personally think you are eating too much of it... and Oats... JESUS dude !! Have some OATS !!! There are different carbs out there instead of OATS all day everyday !!! And when you say 8oz turkey?? What do you mean?? Deli sliced Turkey ?? or off the bird turkey?? Up that chicken breast at 5:30 to 16oz. and also when you eat Talapia ummm make that 12 oz. instead of 8. And again with the salmon... 12 oz. instead of 8. I think you are ingesting FAR too many Carbs for a cutting cycle to be honest and not enough Protein... BUT THEN AGAIN I AM NOT THE GREATEST AT DIETS even though I may know a few things... anyways this is just my personal opinion....

    OVERALL you have the right idea but to achieve you goal ... I would definitely LAY off as many OATS as you have planned and laid out... OH and eat a full dozen eggs but 10 whites and 2 wholes !!!

    Sorry, missed it.

    You look to be eating clean, you may want to move one of your fats a little earlier in the day IMO.

    On your 1045 meal or 3:00, remove the oats an add two small apples, give yourself that insulin spike.

    those are just some small adjustments. I'm sure there are others that can help you out

    LOL come on man, "move your fats earlier in the day it will make a difference" lol his diet is SUPERB compared to 80% of peoples I seen out there, if he can't gain off this diet or cut, than he has the genetics of a snail covered in salt

    I know tons of peoples who diets was a rats ass on tren and they still either got really lean or gained quality lean muscle.

    It's only been 3 days and he has been on prop for 11, nothing spectacular is going to happen in this short of time, they are steroids not blow up pills. IMO I'd rather have the gains come later than just go up in weight in the beginning, because quality retainable lean muscle takes time to build.

    Chill mate, yes my quote was not absolutely true (my fault I scan posts), but I wasn't busting your comment, I was busting on the fact he is wondering why he isn't gaining. Now I am all for getting your diet the best it can and your advice and others was good, but what my arguement was with tren you will see the gains regardless if your you miss the 1:00 meal by 45 minutes or whatever.

    His diet is great and there are things he can do to MAXIMIZE his gains to the full potential, but its not like if he doesnt do that he won't gain, just too early.

    (Just as an example, on my tren cycle I was taking in 400 grams of carbs give or take and fats were around 100-150 and my whole point was to bulk and at the end of the day I ended up getting a six pack without doing any abs. Just goes to show you the power of tren)

    Seems to me like you'd want to figure out the diet thing, then start the juice...you are going to waste your investment trying to dial in diet and exercise while you are on cycle.

    But either way, give your stuff time to kick in. If you are doing that amount of cardio, and eating that clean, you'll shred up. If you don't something's missing.

    if you are cutting, then why are you eating 9 meals?

    and I am NOT sure what your problem is?? are you saying you are not losing weight? or not noticing a difference in the mirror? or what

    phate and alot of other people did, i posted in the diet section awhile ago. there arnt that many shakes in my diet, 1 shake is post cardio, another shake is post work out and the other shake i have to have because of my job (10:45 meal)..my problem is that im not noticing myself get leaner, weight wise im still around the same but doing cardio twice a day and eating really clean i thought id expect to cut up a little

    Too many CARBS dude for cutting... waaaay too many in my eyes... you wanna limit it to like 150grams per day IMO.

    Way to early man, it can take up to 3 weeks to visually see the tren leaning your body.

    No this is wrong.
    People are very different when it comes to this, some can cut at 300, or even 400 grams of carbs.

    I've cut about 12-14 pounds in the last 3-4 weeks, and my carbs are at 180 on non workout days and 240 on workout days, seems to be working just fine.

    just wanted to update everyone

    i still have 0 sides besides maybe the temper. I am sweating a ton during my workouts but i think its because of the clen. im really looking more cut and my abs are coming out more so i am loosing body fat but as far as strength goes im about the same which is still kind of good i guess considering im staying at the same strength while loosing weight but hopefully strength gains will start coming in
