LOL come on man, "move your fats earlier in the day it will make a difference" lol his diet is SUPERB compared to 80% of peoples I seen out there, if he can't gain off this diet or cut, than he has the genetics of a snail covered in salt
I know tons of peoples who diets was a rats ass on tren and they still either got really lean or gained quality lean muscle.
It's only been 3 days and he has been on prop for 11, nothing spectacular is going to happen in this short of time, they are steroids not blow up pills. IMO I'd rather have the gains come later than just go up in weight in the beginning, because quality retainable lean muscle takes time to build.
