Ive ran around 12 cycles of test e at between 500 and 750 each week along with between 400 and 600 of deca. (12 wks test e and 11 wks deca).
Ive always made great strength and weight gains but lost most of it following poor diet after pct. My job really does hinder regular food intake. Anyway, I am running the same cycle again but this time I have had a much improved diet. 4500cals, 600 carbs and 350 protein per day on average.
The problem is, I havent gained much size and im 10 weeks in. Training is good but im not lifting any heavier than I was 2 cycles ago. My size is about the same too.
Im wondering if I should consider changing my next cycle to help me progress. Has anyone had the same experiences and could you advise on an alternative cycle for good mass.
