need help injecting

I know how but I want to make sure im doing it right! please walk me through it this is my first shot and im shiting my self haha

its test enth and im shooting 375mg once a week...I know I should prob do it twice a week but I dont like needles so pinning my self is not somthing I look forward to lol

nothing to it, pick a spot, like your quads. clean area with iso alc and with your index and thumb stretch skin taut, you can either gently slide the pin in or quickly insert it, either way won't feel like more than a mosquitoe bite. once the pin is in, asperate the pin and if no blood inj the magic solution.

Actually go on youtube and look up injections, all you need to know on locations and how to do it, even tho I think that it's pretty self explanatory.

Make sure everything is sterile including injection site, remove air bubbles, once needle is in pull back on plunger to check for blood. No blood, inject away!

I like to run hot water(before injection) over syringe(Not the needle) to warm gear. After injection I rub area to help lump & soreness.

Needles are very cheap dont reuse!

25g pins are a good size pin, i use 23 1" for quads, i would say try quads as you can see what your doing and theres no awkward twisting etc! good luck!

Do you even know where in your quads to hit? This site's homepage has a "site injection" page if you care to look at it.
Another one is s p o t i n j e c t i o n s . c o m Remove the spaces of course.
I say hit your glutes for the first time so you can get a good feel for it. But as mentioned, quads are great cause you can see everything.
