My Supertest 400.....half life of esters please? PCT advice?

Hm sounds good....so i'm thinking nolva weeks 1-5.....dex 1mg ED

I also have access to HCG....hmmm

Most likely going with 150mg EOD for 8 weeks then run nolva pct and also have dex on hand but not sure when use it

Good meso build....working out for strong on/off 8 years but very hard for 6 months and have always had a healthy diet

I don't really need amount suggestions unless u think there is a better dosage but i'd rather like to know how and when to use PCT.....i'd rather fight through the sides and maximize the gains rather than run PCT throughout cycle

Soooooo many conflicting opinions on PCT.....after research i found nolva and dex to be the more preferred.....not cool with potential vision effect with clomid and don't think letro is needed unless problems arise

arimidex reduces the effectiveness of nolva, so that idea is out the window, nolva/clomid is a good combo and i would add aromasin as well, no need for hCG with this cycle IMO

they can be used one or the other(referring to nolva/clomid) but it's more effective to use them together in this case
