I was wanting to find out a little more information on a clen/keto cycle. I've taken clen in the past and had decent results from it. I've always been afraid to take clen more than 2 weeks because I had read that it can damage your thyroid and that it just loses its effectiveness after that time. In the past I've started out at 40 mcgs/ed and gradually increased to around 120-140 mcgs/ed. Is it best to take these doses twice a day at lower doses or just stick with a set amount once a day? Also, from what i have read, you should start the keto after week 2 or 3. How long should your total clen with keto cycle last without serious risk to your body? I have read anywhere from 4-6 weeks but I would like to get some advice and tips from other people who have actually used the two products successfuly.
I am 6'4", 215 lbs. 25 years old. I'm not sure what my body fat % is but its probably between 12-15% based off of when I had it measured a while back. Thanks for all of your help, I always get great advice from a lot of the posters on this forum. I really appreciate it.
