    Question Where to Inject???

    Just woundering if everyone can give there opinions on what muscle is the least painless and quickest to inject? Which spot does everyone like the best?

    Glutes and quads are quite painless.. and for some reason I find bi's to be enjoyable

    quads and calves are my favorites. easy access and almost all the time they are painless.

    some needles are duller than others, so you may feel it a bit but its never something you cant handle.

    perrsonally i like delt/glute injections, painless (for me)...most painful has been biceps id say, dunno why but it hurts going in, hurts injecting, and i get a knot afterwards...
