My diet is bulk, my training i only lift heavey 6-8 reps.
My goal was to get a good base to start out with to do a cycle i went from 175ilbs to 230ilbs in a year all natural just from training and diet now some ppl are saying i need to lose wieght, get my diet and training in check before i even think of cycling.
I only take 100% gold standard whey protien by ON and kreakalyn monohydrate creatin and multi vitamins, fish oils, flex seed oils etc.
I know i am not the incredible hulk and have a awesome physic but remember i am all natural atm, here are some recent pics of me.
