    Question Do you alter your workout while on AS?

    Just like the subject says. "Do you alter your workout while on AS?"

    If so.. how is your workout altered?

    And kinda OT here... but what's your fav pec workout?

    You shouldn't really alter it unless you got a shitty workout to begin with.
    I usually push myself more. Don't try to do too much even though you might feel like you could....

    Originaly I was planning on doubling up my workouts, but the advice I got suggested that I'd be overtraining and actually hurt my results. So I'm pretty much sticking to my regular routine, but throwing in a few extra exercises hear and there.

    Yeah definitely don't double- if you feel like you can handle it you can add another couple of sets maybe but thats as far as i would go.
