gained 15 pounds in 1 week
193 age 24 57 oki was 178 i started this diet for bulking and its only been a week i look bigger but i also look like i put some fat on da belly i worked hard to get it of now its coming back i dident doi much cardio this week but i guess i got to to keep the bf low my question is should i get bavck on my cutting diet and keep on with my current cycle to bulk im on tren a and test enantatmy cutting diet worked very good im looking to get back up to 205 mass low bf the 3 scoops of muscle juice and 2 peanut butter is too much i think dawmmm????????

sounds like one horrible diet. Thats to much wieght in 1 week. Thats crazy. Whats your cycle look like give us some stats plse. This is bothersome to me bro. I think you needa not a pure bulk but keep you protein around 225 grams aday and about 400 carbs low fats

test and tren should not be causing you to add BF! If you are eating and training right you should almost be invinceable while you are on TREN!!

yea you shouldnt be gaining alot of fat at all. Something you doing isnt rite at all how far you into you cylce tell us how much you are doing. Also i suggst cutting out some of the powders and try sticking to more good solid food. Chicken lean beef tuna salmon. Those are good proteins. I wouldnt eat peanut better to much fat. Get away from it and how much water are you drinking?

exacly when i was on tren i was loosing fat not gaining
my stomich looks bloaded and its only been a week i started the cycle

yes something not rite. You mite need to do more cardio. What you dosages a week how are you shooting it?
WHats you cycle look Like? Your height as well?

okl this is my diet for bulking
9am 8 eggs whites 1 scoop muscle juice with milk
11am steak or turkey with swiss cheese on it
1pm 1 cup brown rice with 6 oz chiken
3 pm 2 cans of tuna with 1 tbs mayo
5 pm 2 scoops of muscle juice
7pm chiken with brown rice 1 cup
9 pm 3 scoops muscle juice with 2 tbs peanut butter natural
i dident do cardio this week i usualy do boxing for cardio 45 minutes hardcore but only went once this week i shouldfd go at least 4 times i think to really keep it off

Stop eating macdonalds, I am willing to bet that out of the 15lbs you gained only 1lb is actual muscle (if that), the rest is water and glycogen.
here is my reasoning
1) It takes 4-6 weeks for test-e to kick in
2) It takes around 2-3 weeks for tren ace to start making physical altercations in your body
3) You cannot gain that much muscle in a week even with steroids

i do eod tren 75mg thats means 1 cc eod of tren adn 50o0 mg test enantat weekly and im 5'7

need to know macros for that diet you just put up.. cant tell anything by that
need to know carb protein and fat%

ok i never said it was steroid that did this if u read it talks bout the diet maybe not being the right one i was asking if i should get back on my cuting diet cuz i lost over 40 pounds with it and mc donald i wish i eat at least once but nah i dident for at least 8 motnhs only dieting ive been doing

i have that muscle juice ( i use one scoop for my post work out shake, neer perfect carb ratio. one scoop has 41 carbs with about 17 being sugars, 12 grams or protein add 1/2 cup ON pro, gives you 25 pro, 41 carbs)
1 sercing is 4 scoops
164 carbs
54 pro
17fat
1040 calories

i based that diet on the keto diet tryed it out with that but dawm i gained all that in just one week and i feel bloated i also took 2 weeks of from the gym i got back last week and i can see a difference in my shoulders and chest but **** i was having these abs showing and there fading out again lolol

Ok, lets take into account it IS because of your diet. Did you recently just start eating 6 meals a day or have you been doing this consistently? Because even if you bump your calories for a bulk there is no way you should gain 15lbs in one week. Trust me I know.
I started at 134lbs at 6'0, I went to six meals a day bulking when before I would be lucky if I ate two meals a day, the most weight I ever gained in a week I think was 8lbs and take into account my body had never lifted before and ate like that so I was primed to grow with n00b gains, so unless you were a lanky 174lbs I dont see why you should have gained 15lbs.

LOL I guess I just have good genetics because on bulking cycles I take in close to 100-120 grams of fat and not on cycle I take around 80 grams and I actually got LEANER and developed a six pack when on cycle without doing any abs lol

Yes Genetics have a lot to do with it but.... you said before you ate 5 meals a day. How long have you been eating 7?
Really this may have a LOT to do with it. It takes your body 90 days to get use to the food intake and to STOP storing fat; so starting this at the start of a cycle is NOT a good idea. LOL
Yes it also sound like the shakes are a LARGE part of the problem. Real food is much better than shakes. I only do one shake after workout, not to supplement food but the feed the muscles after a workout with fast protein.
