    pretty set that this will be my cycle

    Been working on this and I am almost set that this is what I will run come end of July after my bloodwork

    Week 1 Test Cyp 750mg (front load)
    Week 1 Tren E 600mg (front load)
    Week 1-4 Anadrol 50-75mg ED
    Week 2-12 Test Cyp. 500wk
    Week 2-10 Tren E. 375wk

    Using Cyp because this is what I get from my doctor and using tren e because they are both long esthers and can shoot both together monday
    morning and thursday afternoon (3.5days apart)
    Will go back to my 150mg EW Cyp TRT when his is finished

    I feel 375mg EW will be enough. I did 250 EW in a previous cycle and still had good gains. do not want to go any higher than I have to that way if I want to run it again later at a moderate dose I will still be able to!

    Diet will Consist of a 50/ 30 / 20 % of Carbs, Protein, Fats

    will eat Egg whites, whole wheat toast and Oatmeal for Breakfast

    Chicken and Rice for lunch

    Steak / Fish and potatoes for dinner time

    Hard for me to eat more than 4 actual meals a day so there will be a PW shake for protein and will also consume 2 Labrada lean body whole foods meal replacement shakes

    Diet should end up between 4700-5000 calories a day
    with 600 carbs
    400 protein
    60-100 fat ( I will raise and lower the fat depending on how I look/ feel)

    Cycle looks good to me

    Those must be some pretty huge portions to end up with those macros and only 3 meals......

    imo frontloading does nothing but give u sides way way faster.. its a waste of juice.. its still long ester... i did it and i will never do it again.. maybe short ester it will work but not long...


    never got gyno ever.. out of all the cycles.. i front loaded test e at 1200 i think maybe 900 for first 2 weeks got gyno couple weeks later..

    only frontloading because I am on a 150mg Ew trt now and want to get it in there and upped as quick as possible.
    I have done 2 cycles in the past
    34yrs Old
    235#
    5'11"
    16%BF (dropping! will be around 12-13% when I start)

    yes, each meal will contain nearly 16oz of meat giving each meal close to 1000 calories!
    I know it should be like 600 each meal but to get 5000 cals a day and only 4 solid meals I have no choice! I have tried only eating 3500-4000 cals a day and I will maintain if not lose weight at that amount of food

    Is it possible for your body to utilize those amounts each time, Phate will chime in....

    The only thing I can think of is to maybe hold off and prime yourself to a lower bodyfat. Drop to 8-10 range as the goal is always lean body mass. I did this on my second and last cycle; got around 7.5% and freaking sky rocketed with some good quality muscle.

    normally no, but with tren and test your feed efficiency will be higher and 16oz of most meat is around 100g of protein(give or take depending on fat content)

    i think you COULD POSSIBLY synthesize that, though i believe you would get better results eating 8oz of meat at the meal, ziplocking the other 8oz and eating it a 3-4 hours later to allow your body time to digest the last meal, this will create a more consistent stream of protein and create less wasted nutrients

    no excuses, anyone can carry an extra 8oz of meat in their pants unless your lexington steel or ron jeremy

    Cool learn something new. Diet knowledge is my weak point, working on it slooooooooowly.

    I do A /V work and I can not go walking around in office buildings with meals in Ziplco bags. As i said I am going to get the calories the best way I can.
    as far as getting any lower on body fat... I will be honest Staying at anything under 9-10% for me takes a lot of work and just staying at 9-11% will be fine by me! anthing less than that wih me and I have to plan 3 days ahead if I want to go out on the weekend and get an ice cream! If not it will show right up on me! So for me to start at around 13% and get down to 10-11% I will be happy. I like holding the extra weight on me anyway If I start to lose that extra BF and weight I start to lose strength like almost anyone does. I will take the extra 2% BF and keep the extra strength that goes with it!
