Time between cycles?
What is a good time frame to wait between cycles?

Bloodwork would be the best indicator.
But alot of people don't want others to know about there use.
Time on+pct is what most go by.
I also think if someone has to ask this question they shouldn't be using at all yet.

I honestly thin any more than 2 good cycle a year for anyone but a avid bodybuilder or a professional is just too much. That would equal 10 cycles over a 5 year period! For me If I do one 12-16 week cycle each year for the next 5 years I think that will be more than sufficient!

For what? That's pointless and an unnecessary expense. If you are going through insurance that is certainly one way to create suspicion. If you’re using an independent lab then that will run $300+ per test. The purpose of getting bloodwork is to 1) confirm HPTA recovery 2) make sure your lipid profile and liver values are within the normal range. Why would I need to compare the results? That makes no sense. If natty test is where it needs to be and my lipid profile is in check and my liver values aren't elevated then that's what matters. Period. This time on + PCT = time off crap you hear is just parroting the herd mentality.

so what about if your libido isn't back to normal and you feel like total shit still from coming off? What about the fact that the compounds won't have as good of an effect on you because of building a tolerance? You shouldn't take a break and let the body run normal for awhile so it gets use to not being on AS?

Like I said and then I'm going to bed, I let my blood work be the guide. That could mean I jump back on 3 weeks after PCT if things are gtg or that could mean I stay off for a few months. If there's an issue with my blood work I retest every month until everything is in the normal range. If my natty test levels have recovered chances are greater than not that my libido is just fine.
