Who's the bloodwork expert? Check my labs here!
So here are my lab results from 4/28/2009. My last injection of a Test E 500mg per week, w 4 week 30mg per day Dbol kicker was on 1/15/2009.
Blood Units Ranges
GPT 51 H IU/l 18-40
GOT 56 H U/L 5-34
The above are something to do with liver and as you can see the values are high.
TESTOS 702 NG/DL 250-1100
FR TES 78.2 PG/ML 46-224
TES F&W 160.8 NG/DL 110-575
SEXHORM 44 NMOL/L 7-49
I only posted my ranges that were high and my Testosterone levels . I don't completely understand this. But I did start another cycle today with a 300mg injection of Test E this morning and 50mg of Dbol split 3 times throughout the day. I didn't have cholesterol taken because I didn't fast before I had the labs.
I am going to the doctor Friday for a follow up and I imagine she will explain to me the liver values. I don't know if they look too bad or not? Tell me what you guys think, and if you have any questions or want me to post more of the results let me know.Last edited by illwillogical; 06-01-2009 at 11:43 PM.

Liver values are a bit out of range still which depending on when you ended your cycle and PCT'd it could mean your liver takes longer to recover.
Total test is good, free test is kind of low (as you can tell).

Hopefully the liver level's aren't too bad. If it's a real problem I imagine the doctor will mention something when she see's them.

If it was a problem the doc would have let you know I am pretty sure.

- Liver values are high, but not overly so... assuming your dbol kickstart was over 3-4 months before the bloodtest (you never specified how long ur previous cycle was), your liver's probably going through a rather long recovery..some supplements like liv 52 or milk thistle should help
- Total test looks good; free test quite low and SHBG rather high. There's no earlier bloodwork to compare your free-T/SHBG (they're inversely related) readings to, so maybe you just have genetically high SHBG in general; but if it was lower in an earlier gear-free bloodtest, then I can think of 2 things that may be pushing your shbg up.
1. if you are taking t4 or t3
2. estrogen rebound (heightened aromatase activity) from your previous cycle still in effect and estrogen may cause shbg to be elevated
judging from both your liver and T readings; you don't seem fully recovered from your previous cycle yet IMO and could have done with another month or so before starting your recent cycle. In that month, I would have suggested you throw in some proviron to free up some more T and lower estrogen.

drinking before lab .... yes, that would lead to temporarily high values
total test is all the testosterone you have running in your system, concentration-wise
free test is the amount of that testosterone that is not bounded by SHBG or albumin, thereby allowing it to bind to available androgenic receptors in various tissues to begin it's job.
since albumin loosely binds to test, it is considered biologically active and together with free test is considered "Bio-Available Testosterone". SHBG, on the other hand, binds very tightly to test, rendering it inert for the most part, although there has been much debate that eventually there ARE protease enzymes that do break up the SHBG-test complex but that issue is too complicated to be discussed; for all suitable purposes assume that SHBG bound test is inactive test.

How much milk thistle should I take for liver support or Liv52? Or is liver support a waste of time?

If you can afford it, go with Liverlonger, it has TUDCA and it is specifically made for oral steroid cycles and cleaning the liver. Its like 80-90 bucks for a month.

I know people who have used it on bodybuilding forums, don't know about lab showing its effectiveness, but alot of veterans I knew over at bb.com used it.
I mean TUDCA is like a variant of the prescription required form of UDCA used in the medical field to treat gallstones and Cholestasis.
So since you cant get UDCA without a prescription, this stuff is the next best thing.
Like I said if you have the extra cash drop it on that, if not Live52 will work also.
