Can i get expert advice someone here can change my life 4ever

i was in the us army from 2001 to 2003 i was hurt overseas and required a femur bone transplant from a limb salvage doctor i herated 3 disc in my back falling 35 feet with 4 other soldiers.
i am 6'1 253 pounds as of 2009 .ater all of the operations on my leg i couldn't walk for about 3 years from 2003 to 2006 .i was able to get full motion back into my legs i can run and walk without problems most of the time.

The problem im having is i recently hurt my right hip and had a steriod injected into my hip called kenalog .i recently was told from my back doctor they the less i weight the better my leg and back will be because its less weight on my joints and if i can my abs and core up he believes it will relieve 33% of most of the problems im having.

As of this writing my hip isn't much of a problem since i had that steriod injected into it is has relieve most of the imflamation in my joints .

i wanted to finaly after all these years battling these injury to have my body have lean muscle like i had back in the day when i was in high school and wrestled and boxed this if my picbefore my injury.

i want to weight less have lean muscle i was looking up winstrol pills.

thank you guys in advance you really don't know how much this forum and your input can change my life i am including a picture from 2001 prior to all that i wrote above

First off you need to edit your post. Read the rules we are not allowed to ask or advertise for steroids.

Second if joints are a issue winstrol would be a bad choice.

Hard training and diet is what puts on lean muscle. Not drugs, if the first is out of whack gains will not be up to par

I know no one wants to hear about diet but you really could not understand how powerful a good diet is if you get it down pat.

You have been through alot! First, let me just say; thanks for your service! I would recommend that you continue to read and learn before you decide to do a cycle. I think you will find that a winny cycle is not a good idea. You would be better off having some test in any cycle you run. Otherwise you will shut down your natural test production and you dont want that! What does your diet look like. If your goal is to lose weight diet and cardio is your first order of buss. I dont know what you cardio limitations are but give us an idea of your diet.

Welcome to AR, and thank you for your service !

Do you know what your bodyfat % is?

Winny by itself is NEVER suggested as it will shut down your natural test production and is only effective if your bodyfat is pretty low to begin with.

Are you limited in working out? what can you do?

Diet is going to be most of this for you. Steroids do not magically drop fat.

The steroid shot you were giving was a corticosteroid, NOT an anabolic steroid meaning it breaks down instead of builds up... thus the reason it reduces inflammation

my joints aren't really the problem the doctor said the less you weight the better it is on your joints which in doing some research seems to be some truth behind it .i have tryed going to the gym its very hard to go for a set amount of time with my injuries .i need to know what the best thing i can do to get results in the fastest within reasonable amount of time

OK, well the higher the bodyfat the MORE risks you have in using steroids

    GYNO
    high blood pressure
    heart disease
    high cholesterol

You want to get your bodyfat down to 15% BEFORE you add in steroids

I would get to our diet section here and let the guru's help you

If you can do cardio, I would add or up that as well

Its best not to use steroids IMO if you have issues with injuries and such. It could make it much worse

Looks like you could learn how to get a good diet going for yourself and possibly a better training program.

    Lets set a diet...

Thanks for your sacrifice for this country.Four years in the core back in the eighties for myself.I have two total knee replacements.I suggest focusing on your cardio and diet to for now.Your body needs time to heel naturally. And it takes a long time ,in some cases.Your diet doesn't look bad.Take your time and be patient.First cycle should be test. And take it from there.Good Luck, Titanium

When I was 19 I fell 30' and landed on concrete. I broke 18 bones, but my back and my wristes were the killer. At this stage I was lifting already, hard, for 4 years. Becuase my injuries were so bad I was not able to lift a weight for about 8 months. I was in the hospital for a loonnnnng time, but when the time was right I was able to start lifting again slowly. Now, I'm 31 with wrist and back problems are under control, but I do need to be careful.

If you haven't been training much I would take it slow. Your body may not be ready for the introduction of AAS. From my expereince with my injuries I really had to be aware of what I could and couldn't do. I took it slow and stayed consistent with good training, but becuse I was careful my body feels great. I'm glad I stayed consistent with my training at this time. I believe becuase I was taking it slow I saved my body a lot. I did regain my strength and my physique but it took some time.
