How to inject steroids 101

We have had so many post about injecting problems or now my shit is sore or how do I do it.. so here it is

Injecting the steroid , is the way most users go. Most injectables only have to be taken once or twice a week. There are three major areas where steroids are injected, they are the safest areas of the body to inject. These areas are: the glute, the shoulder, and the thigh. These areas offer a large area where the needle can be injected safely. DO NOT SIMPLY STICK THE NEEDLE INTO YOUR GLUTE AND INJECT THE STEROID. It has to be in a precise location. The steroid user should have done countless hours of research on injecting steroids, and anabolic steroids in general before, injecting, or even thinking about taking anabolic steroids . *** sure you know and understand all of the steps involved. Never use a needle more than once and NEVER EVER share needles with ANYONE else! If you have any questions regarding injectable steroids, please feel free to use the discussion forum. Apart from the specific technique of injecting, there are a few general rules that you should keep in mind.


Expiry dates
Check the expiry dates of each item including the drug.
Drug
Make sure that the vial or ampoule contains the right drug in the right strength.


Sterility

During the whole preparation procedure, material should be kept sterile.
Wash your hands before starting to prepare the injection.
Disinfect the skin over the injection site.
No bubbles
Make sure that there are no air bubbles left in the syringe. (I leave some so I get all the gear)
This is more important in intravenous injections.


Prudence

Once the protective cover of the needle is removed extra care is needed.
Do not touch anything with the unprotected needle.
Once the injection has been given take care not to prick yourself or somebody else.


Waste

Make sure that contaminated waste is disposed of safely.


Materials needed

Syringe with the drug to be administered (without air), needle (Gauss 22, long and medium thickness; on syringe), liquid disinfectant, cotton wool, adhesive tape.


Technique

Wash your hands.
Reassure yourself / patient's for procedure.
Uncover the area to be injected (lateral upper quadrant major gluteal muscle, lateral side of upper leg, deltoid muscle).
Disinfect the skin.
Relax the muscle.
Insert the needle swiftly at an angle of 90 degrees (watch depth!).
Aspirate briefly; if blood appears, withdraw needle. Replace it with a new one, if possible, and start again from point 4.
Inject slowly (less painful).
Withdraw needle swiftly.
Press sterile cotton wool onto the opening. Fix with adhesive tape.
Check yourself / patient's reaction and give additional reassurance, if necessary.
Clean up; dispose of waste safely; wash your hands.

just some other tips......
do not go in all the way. leave a little pin exsposed incase it breaks off. inject slowly as well.
the air bubbles aren't that bad of a worry for IM placement and it takes a whole bunch to hurt you if you accidentally go IV.
and for crying out loud, don't swab the pin before injecting. i have seen this. there is no need to for the pin is sterile already.

give it a week or 2 and you will be fine mate i was the same did not cycle for about 4 years aswell now on sust eod and its easy

Dbol only cycles are supposed to be the best maybe you can try that? Pct on these type of cycles completely removes all gains so stay away from that!

Oh shit whoops is that not effective.

When I meant it is not easy I was saying meaning bodybuilding and contest prep.

I remember when I first started to pin and did not like needles. Well I probably toughed out one of the hardest first timer cycles with some of the most PAINFUL prop out there and injecting it everyday. First time I injected 1.5cc in my quad (was planning eod, then changed plans) and walked around with a limp for a week. Luckily I ordered some sterile oil and it helped a bit. Since I made it through my first cycle with shitty prop I was pretty sure everything else from here on out will be cake injecting wise, and it is.
