Hello all. Great forum. First post. Not sure whether to post in NEW MALE or OVER 40 so I am posting here! I am trying to speed up my muscle recovery time so that I can get more workouts in per week. My workout is not your typical run and lift weights, but it is very intense in cardio and really targets desired muscles. I ride/race dirt bikes for fun and exercise. I go for an hour straight at as hard of a pace as my body can handle. I would like to do this 5 days a week but can only handle 2-3 times a week due to not being able to recover fast enough. I have tried to squeeze in more days and push through to the next level but the end result is becoming worn down with a longer recovery. A couple years ago I came across a one month supply of Anavar. Though the dosage was low and the cycle was short, I really felt stronger and more energized while taking them and for a few months after. I am thinking about doing a full cycle of Anavar with the goal of getting me to the next level of fitness so that I can keep up my exercise routine after coming off. I am not interested in getting bigger. I just need a little more strength and endurance. Any wisdom to point me in any direction appreciated!

Diet: Vegan (Please don't tell me to eat meat for a magical protein I am lacking) I get my protein mostly from soy and soy supplements but also a wide variety of beans etc... (I am not a bead-sucking hippie.) I eat too many carbs but can cut back if needed and I am pretty sure I will start a gluten-free diet before/if I start the Anavar (other recomendations...?) I also drink about a gallon of water a day.
