My First Cycle - Your Suggestions
I am new here to the forums and I have found a wealth of useful information while trolling around. Its time for me to start my first cycle so I want to make sure I have designed it correctly. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
If I have made any horrific mistakes please be blunt! I don't want to jack myself up...
(Week 1-10) Test E 400mgs/week (Week 11) Test E 200mgs (Week 12) Test E 100mgs
(Week 1-5) Dbol 20mgs/day
(Week 3- 13) HCG 250IU/4days
(Week 14-16) Clomid (Day 1) 200mgs (Days 2-12) 100mgs/day (Days 13-22) 50mgs/day
If needed I have Nolvadex on hand to suppress any undesired side effects w/ 10mgs/day

No need to pyramid dose week 11 and so on, just go with ONE dose the whole way through

Welcome.
don't taper the test at the end, and wait 2 weeks after last test shot before pct begins, not one week as you have listed. clomid and nolva for pct.
but I digress....

I guess I jumped the gun...
Age- 21
Height- 6 feet
Weight- 180
Body Fat%- 17%
Years Training- Not seriously past 3 years, religiously for the past 6 months
Diet- High protein, Clean Carbs, Veggies... Staying away from McDeath
Goals- I really dont know what to exspect, if I could get 15-20 lbs I would be very pleased.
PCT Knowledge- Just what I have read here and a few other forums. I don't have anyone who can answer my questions personally.

i say d-bol 4-8 instead of 1-4 use the d-bol strength gains when the test kicks in not before

I got the Dbol 1-4 from the beginners cycle on the main site. It was said to be a good way to jump start the cycle. Is this wrong?

kick-starting with an oral isn't "wrong"...it's just another option.
actually, it's kinda counter-intuitive when you think about it.
why not introduce the oral for strength gains when you're completely anabolic state?

Maybe on my second cycle I will try that out, but for this first run I want to go a little easier. Just "getting my feet wet" this time around.

So for (weeks 15-17 PCT) Nolva 20mgs/day along with the Clomid?

If I could go back in time knowing what I know now I wouldn't have touched AAS until I was at least in my late 20s. Of course back then there weren't these boards and there wasn't the wealth of knowledge and experience we have today. Shit, there wasn't even an Internet back then. Where am I going with this?
Well, blood levels of many different hormones peak during our teens and 20s, then decline throughout the rest of our life. Hormone deficiencies occur later in life, which contributes to male menopause. That's why there's TRT/HRT for men.
By using AAS in your early 20s all you're doing is accelerating that process. Instead of male menopause beginning between ages 40 and 55 you're setting the stage for it to occur in your 30s. Why? Unless your aspirations are to be a Pro BBer or compete professionally in the sport why mess with your hormone levels when you're natural testosterone levels are near their peak?

just make sure if you are going to hit the sauce at 21 you have already done everything you can do to make gains naturally!! IE Diet and good supplements including creatine. Just cleaning up your diet and getting the right ratio of fats to carbs to protein will amaze you in how much your body will respond!
what everyone is sayinfg to you is basically if you have not gotten ll of your natural gains before using AAS it will make it that much harder to get gains without the AAS down the road

Taking into account all of the feedback I have gotten so far, here is the revised cycle:
(Week 1-12) Test E 400mgs/week
(Week 1-5) Dbol 20mgs/day
(Week 4-13) HCG 250IU/e4days
(Week 15-16) Nolva 40mgs/day
(Week 17-18) Nolva 20mgs/day
(Week 15-18) Clomid (Week 1) 150mgs/day (Week 2) 100mgs/day (Week 3-4) 50mgs/day
