need help...
hey people i wana tone up my body my muscels are big for my size but they dnt look good unless if i tense specaily my arms i need help with i wana know what to hit..
age..20
weight..86 kilos
height..170
fat percentage...22%
train 3 times a week 15 min cardio..
have been on 2 cycles..
eat 4 times a day..

So much wrong here..
3xweek - 15min cardio is bollox. If you wanna tone up this has got to go up. Personally I do 45min every weekday. Thats mon-fri
BF% will not move unless you get off your ass.
2 cycles?! Really? Teenagers should not cycle imo. You don't need to (there's enuff inside).
Post up roughly what you eat for the board to critique. It's prob crap..
And get to the damned gym!!

i work on cars at a very busy workshop my job is like cardio...
i was about 60 kilos b4 i startd my first cycle..i did dbols and enathate, deca for 10 weeks it was a really good cycle coz it was my first gained about 15 kilos i realy liked the gains from that cycle so idid it for my second 1 aswell but added some prop into it aswell where iam now is from cycles that i have hit..
what do you consider anyway...

Wow, Dude no help here, your potentially damaging your body beyond repair using at such a young age. your body has plenty of natty test floating round, try using that, O, and working on cars and Cardio, are no where near the same thing.
