You can do .25mg of adex ED or .50mg EOD. As for pct you should have some tamox and clomi on hand to start pct 16 days after last shot.

.25 mg ed seems like alot? what about .25mg eod? that is what i been getting off the forum. u think i should do more?

i read that it actually helps with testosterone levels if done correctly. i dont want to over do it.

.25 EOD is the normal starting dose then you can adjust from there if needed

sounds good so 10.5mg at least to start for a 12 wk test e cycle of 500/wk.

I've never been a big fan of adex throughout cycle...I only use it as needed for gyno...I would however run nolva throughout a cycle...thats just my preferance.

There's less of a chance it will since it inhibits a smaller percentage of estrogen.

not like letro does,, in fact for some reason the day after i take my adex

(.5 e3d usually) i get extremely horny. Not sure why

ok cool, I am taking 1mg eod, if i get any negative symptoms, i will cut pill in half. I just want to play it safe.
