Week 6 and not feeling the kick
Hey guys. Week six of my first test E cycle has just begun and Im still not feeling the "kick" from the testosterone . When I first started taking it I also started a very good diet and in the first 3 weeks I went from 196 to 209 pounds. During this time my strength also went up quite a bit. At first I thought this was the test working already, but since I hit 209 in week 3 I have been stuck there. I have bumped my calories to around 4500-5000 and Im hoping that I can finally start packing on the pounds. Has anyone had a similar experience? Im getting worried that there is something wrong because I never thought I would be stuck at 209 especially on my first cycle.

Yes I try to lift as heavy as I can. Usually in the 6 rep range. My diet consists of breakfast, 3 solid meals, 3 homemade weight gain shakes and a smaller meal right before bed. Other than my last smaller meal each feeding consists of 650-700 calories so like I said in my first post my range is 4500-5000 per day. Give or take a few. I dont eat junk, just the basics. Lots of potatoes, pasta, rice, chicken, beef, pork, fish, oatmeal, milk, eggs. etc. By kick I guess I mean feeling like Im actually on something. Some guys talk about that point where the strength really starts to go up and size starts increasing. This is the point where you know the test is starting to work its "magic". For me it just seems like I could be lifting what Im lifting naturally and I wasnt expecting to be stuck at a certain weight for 3 weeks on test, but maybe Im just expecting too much. I dont know.

If you are eating cleanly, and enough, and you are training correctly, you could be building muscle and burning fat at the same time, keeping your weight consistent.
Post stats, amount of juice you are taking, and then post diet in diet forum and workout in workout forum for advice

hmm you are on the right dose
But remember its not going to be like you become some crazy god like creature in the gym, your ability to recover and steady rise in strength will go up and up each week. The struggle to get bigger will be easier. You won't go from a squat of 315 x6 to 365 x6 in a matter of one to two weeks. Imagine what that would do to your joints. Muscle grows when on but joints do not.
And like someone suggested depending on your body fat and diet you could be burning off fat and building muscle
