Var/tbol hair loss
Hi guys..on the 4th week of my var/tbol cycle..have noticed that my crown area the hair is receeding a bit..can it be due to the var..if yes should i take propecia and how much,as i have 4 more weeks to go..should i apply minoxidil at the site or just propecia would be enough..

Nah, var is a DHT-derived steroid . Aka if you lose hair from it you can't do anything about it other then stop taking it.

Man to tell you the truth 4 weeks is a very short time to notice serious hairloss, AAS do speed up the hairloss process if you are already genetically have that problem, but they do not speed it up to that extent especially that var is a very mild AAS in comparison to all others.
If you noticed a significant hair recession in only 4 weeks then you are very sensitive to DHT and the process has already began, although propecia wont work directly on AAS like VAR and Winstrol , it still will help slow down or stop the hairloss process after the cycle, the only way to go is to combine minoxidil and propecia and you will at least slow down the process.
If you are set on using AAS in your lifetime and you have hairloss issues i would recommend you save up money and get a hair transplant when you have significant hairloss, i got a hair transplant and for me it was alot easier than taking pills and applying minoxidil for the rest of my life. The actual procedure is icky and a good month of after care instructions, but on the long run its DHT resistant hair that wont fall out.
In the next 3 years they will officially have the tests finished on the hair-cloning procedures which will introduce a new revolution in hair restoration, which will naturally make the price of regular hair transplants drop down to very affordable, you can even get financing on it!!

Thanks for taking time off to write such a long text..most of the guys no longer seem interested in giving a thought..must be the test lethargy i guess..but thanks a lot for the info..my hair reduction is only at the crown and it has happened earlier too when i was not using var and tbol..but it seems it has accelerated in these 28 days..will 1mg finastride a day and 5% minoxidil be fine..but will the finastride prevent gains

if you read up on minoxidil you will find that it can speed up hairloss in the first month of use. It it were me I'd use the finistride and wash with nizoral and wait til after cycle and hormones stable before using minoxidil

if u start using finasteride it best to use it non stop even after the cycle, it will not hinder any gains from the Var since it wont affect the Var at all neither will the Var affect it. When you start the battle against hairloss you need to continue it because the hairloss process wont permanently stop until it has taken all your precious hair.
1mg Finasteride everyday always wether cycling or not, Nizoral shampoo lather it up and leave it for a few minutes before you rinse it off, i usually lather it up and then wash my body and shave or whatever takes 5 minutes to do to give the nizoral time to sink in and work (also jacking off once or twice while waiting does the trick) and then if you are in the US or Canada you can get generic minoxidil 5% for very cheap so use it twice a day everyday, if you are outside the US and cant get it cheaply then an alternative is Betnovate scalp lotion, twice a day moderately will make your hair thicker and re-grow thin hair thicker, Betnovate is strong and is over the counter overseas costs about $5 a small bottle.
I personally find a strong multivitamin especially with strong Vitamin B and A and biotin/folic acid do make a significant difference for hair health. GNC has something called ACES its vitamin A,C,E and Selenium i use it daily its great for hair and nails.
Let me put on my Christian Beale doing John Connar from Terminator voice: If you want to win this war against the hairloss machines...you must fight them with every weapon you have and keep fighting them everyday of your life! They will not stop until they take all your hair! You must commit to destroying them.

There DHT blockers you can buy over the counter from walgeeens they work good and you don't need prescription for them. Ask a pharmasist.
