Hey everyone, thanks for your help in advance. I've been a long time viewer and first time member. I have been working out for 6yrs and bodybuilding for 6mo.
My diet consists of:
-3/4 cup oatmeal w/ 2 tbsp flax, banana and sml cup OJ
-lean meat, whole grain rice, water or unsweetend tea
-PWO : shake
-tuna, whole grain crackers, water or unsweetend tea
I work out a consistent 6days/week for 90min and cardio 5days/week for 20-30min in the morning to keep the mid cut while bulking.
only 4 meals a day? i eat more than this before noon and i wake up at 9 lol

-22Yrs
-155lbs
-5'9"
-10% bf
not big enough to cycle yet bro
In the last 2 months I have only seen a 5lb increase in my lifting and little in mass. I'm very disappointed because Ive been working very hard and now seeing little gains. I have never done a cycle before and I'm thinking of doing:
-Winstrol/Stanozolol 50mg/day for 30 days
I'm here for advice so if you guys think I should do something else, add something, different dose, different length or not cycle all together due to my stats and change diet/workout. I am looking to make solid lean muscle gains and keep a cut look.
