    First Cycle Advice

    Hey everyone, thanks for your help in advance. I've been a long time viewer and first time member. I have been working out for 6yrs and bodybuilding for 6mo.

    My diet consists of:
    -3/4 cup oatmeal w/ 2 tbsp flax, banana and sml cup OJ
    -lean meat, whole grain rice, water or unsweetend tea
    -PWO : shake
    -tuna, whole grain crackers, water or unsweetend tea
    I work out a consistent 6days/week for 90min and cardio 5days/week for 20-30min in the morning to keep the mid cut while bulking.

    Stats:
    -22Yrs
    -155lbs
    -5'9"
    -10% bf

    In the last 2 months I have only seen a 5lb increase in my lifting and little in mass. I'm very disappointed because Ive been working very hard and now seeing little gains. I have never done a cycle before and I'm thinking of doing:
    -Winstrol/Stanozolol 50mg/day for 30 days
    I'm here for advice so if you guys think I should do something else, add something, different dose, different length or not cycle all together due to my stats and change diet/workout. I am looking to make solid lean muscle gains and keep a cut look.

    only 4 meals a day? i eat more than this before noon and i wake up at 9 lol

    winny only cycle wouldn't be good, you are AT LEAST 20lbs off what you should be before you start cycling(i mean 20lbs of muscle with no fat gain)

    your diet needs work and you won't gain muscle on that diet

    If you can't get to and maintain your natural potential weight, then whatever you gain from a steroid cycle will most likely get lost after the cylce.

    Your gains have slowed or stopped now because of your DIET !! Diet is 89% of this game.

    Phate can give you great help with diet if you want to do this correctly

    and as stated Winny by itself is NOT a good idea as it WILL shut down your natural testosterone production and your body NEEDS some test flowing in it to function properly

    Awesome, thanks guys, is my diet lacking carbs, protein, anything specific? or should I just eat more of what I've been eating?

    alot more protien needed and carbs

    If you want to gain muscle. Take out the cardio, way to many days in the gym. Should only be 3-4 days with only 60 minute workouts. Your overtraining.

    Agreeing with the two of the most knowledgeable guys i know here.... Phate and T-mos.... Both said exactly what I had to say.
    155lbs at 5'9..... IS WAY TO LIGHT to cycle. You need some solid lb gains man. DIET DIET DIET

    Go to the diet forum. You diet lacks a lot bro. Winny only is a bad cycle. Do some research on this site for a while.

    Listen to what everyone on here is saying. I was like you back when I registered on here. Wasn't seeing results that I wanted, thought going to the dark side was the only answer. 7 years later I'm still all natty, (but that's gonna change very soon).

    I'm glad I put on nearly 70lbs since then, now when I stick myself for the first time I'll put on some real size.
