Whats happenin,k ive done a 10 week cycle before.t worked out great i had great gains but my diet was basicly whatever i could find to put in my mouth.
im doing a a 10 week 250mg of sust 350 and 250 of deca. im working out twice a day running swimming weight training. i need a good diet plan, i know nothing about it. im 5'8 177, lean. let me know, thanks
