Halo won't do you any good yet
you need to learn to EAT first. even steroids need FOOD in order to help, BUT if you can't get to your natural potential and maintain it NATURALLY, then whatever you MIGHT gain from steroids, you will lose cause you need to FEED muscles in order to keep them
at your height, you should be able to get to 180 NATURALLY, if you can't , then don't waste your time or money on steroids
Nvm i just found out he is 18 and 135. You think your done growing, but you have no idea. I gained 30 pounds of muscle from age 18-23 naturally. At 18 your natural test levels are still growing, so dont mess it up. Also you should not be stacking on your first cycle. Wait a few years if you plan on having a sex life. Dont come back here crying when your hair is falling off, breaking out with acne, cant get an erection, growing bitch boobs, cant sleep. We warned you.
That said, it is really a dumb idea to shut off your natural testosterone when it is at its PEAK levels, and risk them NOT coming back or coming back at much lower levels
ALSO, your are ONLY 5'7.... If you ever want to see 5'8" then you need to stay away from steroids until your mid 20's as your growth plates have not fused yet. Using steroids now almost guarantees pre mature fusion of your growth plates. Its just NOT worth all the risk right now especially when you don't know how to eat to grow
IF you will take some time to learn how to eat and actually do it, you could easily put on 20-30 lean lbs in a year !!!
No offense intended, cause I am sure you THINK you do eat, and maybe you do, BUT you do NOT eat the way you need to in order to put mass on your body

and i undrstand what your all saying about my ag but im in the gym everyday working my hardest but im not really gaining any size or strength and its frustrating

aint gonna happen with or without steroids. all steroids do is basically allow the body to synthesis more protein then it can naturally....if you aren't giving it the CORRECT about of calories at the right times, then even with steroids, your not gonna make gains

I just bulked up for 3 months and gained 35 lbs.
I ate EVERY TWO HOURS full meals, tons of steak, fish, eggs, rice, potatoes...etc......
If this was easy, everyone could do it. you have to want it bad enough to do it RIGHT and force yourself to EAT TO GROW
there is no shortcuts here even WITH steroids, in fact its harder with steroids cause you have to eat MORE !!!
eggs are just a chicken aboration you should be able to eat them. Also fish doesnt count, they are not cute or cuddly so yeah you should be able to eat them. Whey protien you could have and some dairy products might work not killing anything.

Explain to me why you think Steroids will help you at this point? Since its obvious you cannot gain naturally, what makes you think youre gonna gain much more with the use of AAS?
Think about it this way. If you want to be 200 pounds than you got to eat like a 200 pound man. Hell, im eating a 12" polish kielbasa as we speak.

You need to be consuming as many cals as possible at your age. From the looks of it, your metabolism is probably through the roof.

I rarely get into the whole story telling thing but I am gonna. When I came here I was 5'7 150 pounds soaking wet. I had a bad injury from college wrestling and felt like shit. I didnt think i would wrestle again at all. So I wanted to get big, exact same as you. I came into this forum but after I got flammed(which I deserved). I went and read on diet and workout routines and realized I new jack shit about either one. I am honestly now 180 and 10% bf and that was with a few breaks for presonal reasons. Really man dont do this its not smart, esp at your age. I know the frustration but most people here just wanna help. Listen to them you would be amazed at the gains you will make.

check out the diet section, there are bulking diet there, but generally you are gonna have a harder time
eat EVERY TWO HOURS, full meals, meaning good proteins, good carbs and good fats in EVERY MEAL !!
8-10 meals a day, try to stay away from shakes, you need WHOLE FOODS
set your alarm to eat
wake up in middle of night to have your shake

This is why you are here. Let me ask you this? Do you know what your HPTA is?
Do you know what will happen to it if you use AAS? Do you know it may NEVER recover? And do you know what that entails?
I implore you to research those questions. If you are prepared to accept those answers, and still want to continue, ill provide you with info on a proper cycle and PCT seeing as how youll do it anyway.
However, i will NOT answer any questions, due to the fact i personally feel morally obligated not to advise teenagers on the uses of AAS. I will simply provide you the most accurate links that will best direct you on a proper cycle.
You can get some good protein from peanut butter, beans, low fat cheese, low fat yogurt, milk. Do you eat shrimp? clams? crab?
Be smart lennoxxx these guys are leading you down the right path and you will benefit in the long run
Diet is vital and if you can come down to the diet forum and start a thread we would be more than happy to assist you. Also if you would like to go to the workout forum we can help you design a program for success.
Realize that without the diet you will not grow and I'm sure you understand that a bigger muscle is a stronger one. Well your muscles will grow, your tendons will not as I can tell you have not adjusted yourself to heavy training like a football player and this could lead to serious injury and halting your progress
At your age its best to do all you can and achieve goals naturally. I know its frustrating I have been there where you are. I was smart and waited years and was able to surpass all the guys on the sauce without it cause I understood the importance of proper training and proper nutrition.
Plus do you really wanna be on the sauce and be weak? I do not know why people would not be embarrassed. Train like a athlete, do it right. Be a smart young man
