I was interested in trying Clen and had a few questions. I searched the forums and found answers to some and possible answers to others. I wanted to throw out what I found/learned to confirm its validity and make sure I am heading down the right path.

Stats: 33y/o, 5”10”, 190lbs, ~ 13% BF (tested about 10 days ago)

Proposed cycle:

Day 1 – 2 – 60mcg
Day 3 – 4 – 80mcg
Day 5 – 7 – 100mcg
Day 8 – 14 – 120mcg

*dosages may vary depending on how I feel.

Questions:

1. What the heck it Taurine and should I even consider it for fat loss. I have read a couple things that confused more than anything.
2. How do my Clen doses look?
3. Is it better to take the entire Clen dose in the A.M. or split it?
4. Should Clen be taken on an empty stomach or with food?
