First cycle.
I started my first cycle 2 weeks ago and I wanted to see what you guys thought of it. I'm doing 300 Test E and 300 deca once a week. I know its a little low on the test, but I wanted to keep it low for my first cycle to see how I react too it all. I have arimidex on hand for gyno problems and also cabergoline for deca dick problems. I'm running it for 12 weeks test, 11 weeks deca. I'm 24 and have been lifting for about 5 years. I'm 5'11 183lbs.

what i will say is for a first cycle i would have done test only instead of stacking it with deca , also would have shot the test twice a week every 3.5 days instead of once a week

It would have been MUCH better to ask this BEFORE you started....but....oh well
what do you have for PCT?
as siggy stated, you should be doing TWICE a week shots to keep blood levels more stable. once every 3.5 days and WHY the deca ?
being your first cycle, HOW will you know what each compound is doing to your body both good or bad ?????

Yeah, seems if you get sides now you won't know which compound is causing what to happen.

Yea, I know I should of just done test, but a friend who has had some expeirence with it all made up my cycle. Now I know I should figured out a little more of it on my own. But I'm already started, so any advice or suggestions you guys can give me would be great. I'm getting nolvadex or clomid for pct. As far as results go, how long does it take to start seeing anything?

its gonna take 4-5 weeks to see anything happening i would have thought, and i suggest you get nolva and clomid for pct not one or the other

I'm not for sure, but I would guess I'm 16% body fat. My diet is good. I am eating around 3000 calories a day at the moment and I'm planning on increasing that in a week or so. I'm eating real lean and I'm getting a lot of protein. What would you guys suggest? I'm trying to get as lean as I can and I'm new to this, so I'm open to all the advice I can get. I am ordering clomid and nolvadex today if that's what you guys think would be the best for pct

Yea and as far as my friends wrong expeirence, I'm starting to think so myslef. But like I said, I have already started and I just want to do whatever I can to make the most of the cycle I'm doing

switch to TWICE a week shots !!! you can still DROP the deca and save it for another cycle

I suggest you get that diet in order so you can lower that bodyfat. I can tell by what you say about your diet it may be off? I think nolva and clomid could suffice but with a 19nor can make recovery slightly tougher not cause it shuts you down harder (shut down is shut down) but the metabolites that linger in ones system for a extended period, reason deca is detectable in a drug test for so long. Look into HCG IF possible
List what you currently eat by meal and macros of cals/protein/carbs/fat

No, I didn't mean to come off like my diet is all good. I'm just at work now, so I just don't have time at the moment figure it all up right now. I will do it as soon as I get time. But, yea I want all the help I can get. I'm open for any diet you guys think is good. Like I said, I'm 5'10/11 183lbs.

List what you currently have so when then can tweak it. Just wanna see your food sources and what you are eating at the moment and we will work from there

For breakfast, 2 whole eggs ans 2 egg whites and a couple pieces of whole grain bread, or a bowl of mini wheats with 1% milk and a protien shake. For a snack in between I normally bring grilled chicken or a protien shake. For lunch I normally have to eat subway or something, but I normally get a whole turkey sub with all the veggies and mustard. Then for a snack after I will eat some more chicken or something similar. For dinner I normally make a couple 93/7 lean bugers on whole grain buns with mustard and onions and lettuce and some steamed brocoli and then a shake after I lift and thatss about it

Well that ain't TOO bad but it NEEDS to get worked out your eating schedule is not terrible but not great, the main problem is your food sources. Better than what others i have seen
Ditch the bread, mini wheats, sub.
You gotta eat more carbs and good selections at that. yams, brown rice, oats, a apple in the morning, banana pwo.
And you'll need about 3 meals PWO in order to replenish glycogen storages and get your body repairing. This is the most important time of the day. Is the pwo meal and the two meals following.
