Question giving blood while on cycle...(t-mos, big, phate)

Is givng blood while on cycle a good or bad idea? I figured it is a good way to lower your hemoglobin, get rid of bad iron in your blood, and that it would be Good for the liver and kidneys. But will it be bad for your test levels? especially long esters? Would it be a better idea to do it when you finish your cycle around the time of your pct? OR is it a bad idea all together?

As for the title I'm sorry if I left you out.

    Were just jokin ya bro.

But to answer your question, i dont see a point to giving blood on cycle for anything other than bloodwork. And that is kinda pointless as well.

I trust in your posts, and under stand that i'd be waisting the test thats in my blood. i was just thinking along the line of taking some stress off your liver, kindneys and thinning out that thick dark blood (hemoglobin), and letting your body create new blood maybe post cycle would be benificial. I see how ever it is not a good idea.

My fathers HRT doctor told him he should donate some blood..... i can't remember the reason tho. Can't your red blood cell count get too high?

I personally don't donate blood really at all..... let alone on cycle.

P.S. - i'd like my name included in the title

    Kills my bicep workouts. LOL

But i dont foresee it being an issue of losing any hormone levels. Thats just silly.
If you want to, go for it. I personally wouldnt. My blood is much to precises

I think its dumb to give blood while on cycle, unless your taking EPO but seriously......WTF why even do it, losing blood only hinders your performance in the gym or in sports......if your so serious about being in shape and taking roids why would u set yourself back like that?

"Your body will replace the blood volume (plasma) within 48 hours. It will take four to eight weeks for your body to completely replace the red blood cells you donated. The average adult has eight to 12 pints of blood. You will not notice any physical changes related to the pint you donated. "

    Somethin to think about.

Also, i see nothing that states if you use AAS you cannot donate. As a matter of fact, it says you can donate.

Well, you are NOT supposed to donate if you are on AAS or HGH,according to the American Red Cross, but HONESTLY

I have given blood on cycle in hopes to reduce RBC and to help drop blood pressure.
Not sure how well it works, but I have done it twice.

oh and it was at very beginning of cycle when I did it

Awesome, did you notice it hindering your performance(workouts) for a time after donating? If I give blood it would be right before my off day. Thats exactly the reason I was wanting to do it for. Just to keep my insides as healthy as I can.

Not at all, I always took the next day off after giving blood. Didn't notice ANY lose of performance at all ever.
Blood pressure is an issue with me on some cycles, so I think it helped, or it could just be in my head

That could have been the reason for my fathers HRT doc recommending him to donate blood...... he's had high BP since age 17 LOL...... He keeps it in control now with an EXCEPTIONAL diet...... every now and then his MD prescribes him the lowest dose BP medication possible...... he hasn't needed it tho since his back surgery when he was under a TON of stress......

I had problems in the past with my RBC count gettin so high that superficial clots started to form in my lower leg, forcing me to abandon my cycle. I now donate blood as often as possible on cycle and haven't had any problems since no clots and blood pressure's fine.

I've read somewhere that when people use EQ, their RBC's get really high and it helps to donate some blood to relieve the pressure.

I didn't know that, and will definetly have to check next time I donate. I've never asked, nor have they. I also couldn't find that as a disqualification on their website, but like I said, I will make sure to ask next time I go in.

I do think it helps with lower BP, like you said.
