that means you are gaining muscle and losing some bodyfat

when on cycle you should rely more on the mirror and less on the scale to gauge your progress

I weigh myself now and then also..... i saw big weight increases in the beginning of my cycle and i seem to be leveling off now. The thing is.... i'm eating MORE..... and my abs are showing more now than at the beginning LOL - the scale isn't reliable...... but the tape measure is - i finally broke the 18" arm barrier...... YAY!

muscle is more dense that fat! You could have lost 6-7# of BF and just as you lost it, put it back on with lean muscle== The same weight

SOB..... always gotta play the 1 uppie game LMAO!

I'm afraid thats gunna be a REALLY hard one for me. Two knee surgeries and relatively no meniscus left..... I still do hack sqauts, leg press, curls, and extentions but no more heavy full squats unless i want a total knee replacement by 40 years old..... i'm not big on that outcome tho..... LOL
