    Tren/Prop 1st Cycle - Not a good idea?

    Been reading for quite some time now. Can someone elaborate why tren is so bad for a beginner?

    I'm 23 5'10" 175 do a lot of cardio and calisthenics everyday and play lax a couple times a week. Just trying to tone up for the summer and put a little meat on. Friends do a lot of this shit but I never really had the inclination.
    Was thinking a 4 week cycle tren/prop & clen .
    Am I way off?

    Because side effects are the harshest with Tren .

    As a virgin all you need is test anyways, and you will make great gains if your diet and training are on spot.

    As lean and mean said Tren has very very hard sides, Sweating , temper, sinsomnia, bad dreams feeling hot all the time and a ton more. this is also why it is told to run a short esther (tren A) your first time because with tren e it takes weeks to get the levels down and if you get bad sides, you are stuck With them for weeks!! Trust us, if you run a good solid 12 week cycle of test only 450-550mg ew (divided into 2 shots) and your diet is spot on, you will get exactly what you are looking for! Tren is the strongest anabolic out there and should be used with caution! Many have not heeded these warnings and ended up pulling thier hair out because the sides were so bad

    Tren should not be used until your 3rd cycle or so.

    Personally, I'm going to wait till maybe cycle # 4-5 to run Tren.

    You should run a single compound first. If you have bad sides from tren test combo you wont know which one is causing the sides. Learn how your body reacts to test, get your diet dialed in perfect and grow.

    My first cycle was test as a lean bulk and i gained and kept 12 pounds over original weight and droped at least 2% body fat.

    Also tren significantly reduces your ability to do cardio. Not good for athletes who run a lot.

    Tren , really bad for cardio it kills mine, but i just dropp fat and gain muscle at the same time with this kinda stuff. You dont need tren at your level yet, prop will give you everything you need for your level atm, and save tren and other compounds when the gains begin to come by harder.

    bro dont do tren as a first cycle, you need to do a simple test only cycle 4 weeks would be useless do alot more research and get your diet in check before you do anything
