Been reading for quite some time now. Can someone elaborate why tren is so bad for a beginner?
I'm 23 5'10" 175 do a lot of cardio and calisthenics everyday and play lax a couple times a week. Just trying to tone up for the summer and put a little meat on. Friends do a lot of this shit but I never really had the inclination.
Was thinking a 4 week cycle tren/prop & clen.
Am I way off?
