No sex drive

Hey guys,

I just finished up clomid 2 weeks ago after doing a deca/sust cycle. I have noticed that I have almost no interest in sex. Now I know that deca shuts down the HTPA quite as bit. How long does it take normally for test levels to get back to normal? Now I am sure it is diferent for each person, I am just looking for a ballpark figure, mabye some of your own experiences. I am starting to get a bit worried, and I think my girlfriend is getting frustrated.

I am 25, doses were deca 450mg/week and sust 500mg/weeks for 10 weeks.

Ran clomid for 4 weeks 300mg day 1, 100mg days 2-10, 50mg days 11-28.

Some input would be greatly appretiated.

did deca/sust before, didnt' lose too much sex drive, but mentality, composition, basic mind set all took about 4 weeks of clomid therapy and then again 2-4 weeks after clomid to get back to homeostasis...good luck

It will take alittle longer because of the deca. Get you some viagra for the time being, that will help!

I would run 2 weeks of HCG at 1000ius ED with 20mg of nolvadex to jumpstart things, followed by another 3 weeks of clomid. 2 weeks is not nearly enough to restart your HPTA after deca.

Sorry Lawnsaver, I am a little confused. I started clomid 3 weeks after my last injection and ran the clomid for 28 days not 2 weeks. I took my last dose of clomid 11 days ago. Would you still recomend the HCG and nolvadex?

Yes! I would do the hcg/n-dex combo for 2 weeks and continue n-dex at 10mg ED until your drive returns. Again proviron would be a good addition as it will increase libido and sperm count. Also proviron attaches strongly to SHBG, which will allow more free test to be available.
