    need help

    im taking my first cycle of 500mg test e/ week. shots in thighs for the first 4 weeks. moved to my shoulder and shot 4 days ago and my arm is swelling below shoulder and swelling is traveling down now at my elbow. what is goin on?

    sounds like you have an infection. no problems with the four shots ya did to your quads?

    Your diet is screwed up.You are really light for your height.Check out the diet section of the website.It will help you.
    P.S.-Keep your shots in your glutes......

    Hey Mad: I figured it was to late to tell him that his diet is his problem!

    6'5 and 180 eat,eat,eat

    but get that infection taking care off first

    no problems with swelling just soreness. so i wanted to move shots around

    Never to late to tell someone thier diet needs working on lol but you are right, he needs to sort his infection out this is very important...
