    Exclamation ECA Stack?

    I keep hearing about ECA stacks, but I'm unsure of what they are.
    I know they're used to help cut fat...

    Could someone explain? Does this question belong in a different forum?

    Is it something like my hydroxocut? Maybe ECA stands for Ephedrine, Caffine and ??? (I want to say Alcohol, but that's just me wishing for a miracle).

    ephedrine, caffene, aspirin. it's a thermogenic which will raise heart rate and burn more calories while working out. i use them when cutting down and have had good results.

    how much of each should you take....? of each
    I usually take like 50 mg effederine (2 tabs)
    and 2 caffeeine pills, i believe @20 mg each

    how much dosage is ideal for somebody at like 12% bf
