How Much Tren E do I need to run?

I have an tren before at a low dosage (250mgEw) but with my upcoming cycle i want to run it at a slightly higher dose

As stated before I am going to run Test Cyp @ 450-500mg Ew for 14 Weeks

Was thinking of running the tren E @ 375mg Ew for 12 weeks

(2 injections of each per week)

I know some run it much Higher but it is a very strong Anabolic and feel even at this dose I will not be upset with the results

I dont think I will need to run the tren at upwards of 400?? Input Please!:scratch::scratch::scratch::scratch:
