i'm relatively new to the steroid stuff and terminology and please forgive me if i make any ignorant comments or just show a complete lack of stupidity. please excuse me! lol i have done some research, however not quite enough--hence i've decided to delay the injection till two weeks.

Age 22.5yrs
weight 72kg
Height 175cm
Bf% no idea...but i'm guessing 10-15%. it's quite a lot. wouldn't be suprised if more.
Goals: to have a considerable increase in size, preferably to lean up by summer with 8% bf (i'm only saying 8% because i saw some guy's picture saying he's 8% and it looked good to me lol)
Years Training: been training on/off since i was 17. only started again for a year now... i'm currently bench pressing 100kg (flat)--though that doesn't say didly squat about anything but it took me a while to be able to almost bench press 1.5x my body weight =/ ...please don't think i only bench press lol
OKAY...
so i was able to source some stuff called "test 300" (havent got the bottle yet) and deca.
my mates are on their 3rd cycle and the reason why i delayed the injection is due to the discrepencies from what my friends are telling me and to what i'm discovering online...
friends say: do deca and test 300 on first cycle. will get massive.
online sources say: don't stack on first cycle. do test ONLY as first cycle.
friends say: shock your body with different amount of dosages every week so you're body will not get use to it.
online sources say: ??? but from reading people's log it seems like everyone that is doing a test is doing same amounts.
some questions i need answered! any guidance would be greatly appreciated!
as i'm a first time user--and my plans are to only do test-- how much should i inject? i've been told to inject test twice a week? :S
and as for pct...i will be getting nolvadex real soon too. i will make sure i get it before the first injection!
i've been advised to lift light weights only...that sounds too good to be true, but ive been advised lifting light weights only, no matter what i'll still grow?
my plans is to do cardio to and put myself on a strict diet again--is it possible to lean up while I'm on this cycle? I have access to clen however I really don't want to use it as I've seen some people lose alot of their muscles from it. My stomache has a bit of fat again (not sure how much %) but would doing cardio and going on a low-carb diet with the intention on losing body fat ruin the cycle?
Diet will be something like:
breakfast--protein shake w/ milk + oats
brunch-- can of tuna/handful of cashews
lunch-- chicken breast/steak/salmon + vegies
late after noon-- can of tuna/handful of cashews
30mins before gym-- nitric oxide
Immediately after-- protein shake w/ water
dinner-- chicken breast/steak/salmon +vegies
before sleep-- protein shake
Not the best diet in the world but when I was on this and added cardio I was leaning up...
Any help would be greatly appreciated guys
