    New User Need Advice Please

    Hi Everyone. I'm not new to working out, but I am fairly new to supplements. I am not comfortable with injecting, and wanted to do an oral cycle. Im a 26 year old Male. Been working out off and on for about 5 years but not really consistantly. I'm 215, 6ft, wanted to lose some weight add muscle. I already started an oral winny cycle of 40 mg a day that I'm taking in the am then in the early pm. I'm only on my third day right now, and plan on staying on it for 5 weeks at 40mg. Also taking some milk thistle (200mg) once a day for the liver, along with met-rx amino acid liquid after i work out, and taking no-xplode before working out, and of course drinking a lot of water and trying not to eat any carbs, or not to many. I don't mind losing the benefits of injecting but wanted to get everyone's opinion on what im doing. Is it even worth it? Thanks for the help....

    Winstrol will shut down your body's natural production of testosterone. If you are not supplimenting with some form of test, you can have some really nasty side effects. Since you are only three days in, I'd either stop taking the winny, or get your hands on some fast acting test. IMO the first is a better option. Hang on to the winny, do some research on here, and wait until you've got your ducks in a row to start taking drugs. You'll find you don't know what you think you know, and that you are nowhere near ready to start putting drugs into your body.

    Its all gonna be about diet my friend. You need to go post one in the diet forum. Also winny alone is not really advised around here. I personally dont have a problem with it but its def not suggested. Also you need to read up on PCT as well because youll prob wanna do it after your done with winny. Also delete that company name out,, but they are good to go

    You should not be taking ANY aas at this time...try to focus n diet and training to get to where you wanna be..and YES winni will shut you down...you're probably hurting yourself more than helping....you need carbs my friend as well as protein...tune up that diet and see what happens..when you are at or near your goal then maybe consider juice...when you are at 15% or less BF...If you're dead set on taking something then look into clenbuteral...it won't shut you down and WILL help in weight loss.

    In the next few days "Mr Johnson" will not be working for you. You need to stop ASAP before you screw yourself up. Not sure where you got the advice about only taking winny but they are wrong but you need to do a lot of research

    well i have clomid to take 10 days before i finish and ten days after to handle any issues, but i was mainly just taking it to cut down on a little bit of fat. im not sure what my % is but most of my fat is around the stomach area. i wouldnt think just taking 40 mg a day would do 2 much damage if im really eating right/drinking fluids/taking thistle. and everyone i talk to says clen cramps you up bad and isnt advised for people that arent in the "best" shape since its strong

    Again you are getting incorrect advise...if you hydrate properly and watch your sodium intake you will not cramp....my wife wasn't in anything close to great shape and took clen and exercised and in a month dropped 30 lbs...she literally "shrunk" right before my eyes..I have also taken clen when I've needed a little boost to drop a few lb's...I've also used it in pct and I strongly recommend it to some of my clients when they need a little extra help with weight loss...its not for people that have to drop 50-100 lbs...but if its in the 20-30 lb range then I believe its appropriate.
