alright well i finally decided to start my first cycle iv been reading my ass off and came up with the basic test e for 10 weeks at 500/mg weekly and i will be running nova 1-2 40mg nolvadex ED 3-4 20mg nolvadex ED and prob week 5 at 20 and week 6 at 10 please correct me if im wrong. any advice would be great iv been looking around an decided to go with advanced ******* and i am not asking for sources but mabye the good or bad word on my decision thanks

you think 40s way to high? mabye like 20 for 4-5 weeks with clomid? iv been reading alot and i see so many different things being said thats why i decided to post and get some more facts

500/500/500/500/500/500/500/500/500/500mg for 10 weeks then pct

think i should opt for clomid to? or nova 10mg ed on cycle to stop gyno?

diets in check and training too im at roughly 3650cals a day for maint but running around 3000ed on a slow cut at about 14%bf 5'7 210 275g protien about 330 carbs and around 90g fat

How do you know that you will get gyno?

i dont know i will get gyno but will it hurt to take some precautions against it?

yes, it will hinder your gains. best to wait and see if you get any symptoms rather then running it as a precaution. you can do either, its up to you, but you wont see as much as far as growth goes

no prob, also make sure to get clomid like you were asking, start PCT with nolva and clomid 14 days after your last shot of test e and id run it like this

nolva 40/20/20/20
clomid 100/50/50/50

or
nolva 20/20/20/20
clomid 50/50/50/50

theres conflicting opinions on how high the dosages should be for PCT but one thing that every1 agrees on around here is you def need both, so pick up some clomid and your good to go... good luck
