what is the proper way to take it

full squirt 30 mins before my cardio or 3 times a week or etc?

Not even close. More like:

Day 1 40mcg
Days 2 & 3 60mcg
Days 4 & 5 80mcg
Day 6 100mcg
Days 7-14 120mcg

It doesn't have to be 120 mcg, if 120mcg creates unbearable sides then stick w/ 100mcg.

Measure it using a syringe and squirt it in your mouth.

time on=time off so yes you are correct, your body does adapt to its effect.

i went and got a syringe and an oral tube

syringe measures in units.. so im assuming 40 would be 4 lines on the units.. but it sucks cause it wont suck up the liquid..

oral tube measures in ML

is there anything else i could grab because i have to use the oral one to suck up as much as the syringe..
