ive been running 280mcgs of clen for about 3.5 weeks... I thought it was 140, I know, I know, I'm a dumbass... I really don't see how I let it go this long and didn't even realize.. unbelievably I still don't have jitters or anything, I had headaches for the first 1.5 weeks, and I sweat like a beast in the gym, literally pour sweat... anyway, how bad did I f myself? also should I drop it to 140 immediatly or ween my way down?
