No you dont bud, just go for a blood test and tell them what you want, I always tell mine that Ive been using steroids, thats your business not theirs.
But i would recommend you do have a blood test.

You can also go to the local needle exchange for a free blood test..

ive still to go to them, its just having the balls to walk in there and ask for one tho, plus all the local smackheads go there too.

Lol, exactly, mines full of smackheads too.
Just go to your local surgery, the nurse will take the blood test, then ring back in a week to get the results after your doctor has looked at them.
