    Getting started

I'm new to this forum thing and basicly after some advice. What would be the best gear to increase strength and lean muscle without killing your cardio? My job requires me to do max cardio and most bulking gear I have herd kills your cardio. I have taken dbol in the past but didn't know how to do and didn't do a PCT so I basicly lost what I gained. I have read several posts and threads there is a lot of good info. I'm trying to watch the rules so just let me know without blowing me out of the water if i'm jacked up

I am 33/161/5-7/ bf 18-20% Training experiance is kinda broken. My job has me leave the country for extened amounts of time and gyms were hard to come by. But looking to get serious about lean muscle gains and strength gains. Size would not suit my profession. Gear is hard to find and trust. I just so happened to be in the right place and time to get the dbol. And yes it is the only experience I have. from what i have researched WINNV seems to be what would work best in my situation. But don't know how and what to stack it with and what PCT to use.

Yea, but the way it was calculated I didn't agree with. it was measured from around the neck and waist. I have very low bf on legs and chest I just carry it all around my waist. And yes I agree and understand I would see some good gains with soldi diet and hitting the gym hard. Just after knowledge.

When you want to gain strength I read that you want to eat 1-1.5 grams of protein per pound of body weight. Is this true? And how many carbs should I be taking in?

I know these werent the answers you were looking for but the advice offered is what is truly best for you as well as the safest. there are risks involved with aas and the risks are amplified by high bodyfat percentage. not to mention without a proper diet and training regimen you can take all the steroids you want. they wont do you any good.

No I understand and didn't take the advice that way. I have researched aas off and on since 2001 when I took the dbol. I know they are bad for you "if not used properly" and I know that there are some worse than others, such as dbol. I was afraid to stick a pipe in my ass or I would have taken primabolan. Trust me I know the risk v. rewards of it all. But if do get to the point in the future where I dabble in aas again I want to have an educated decision on what and how to take. Sadly enough I am one of those who are not geneticly blessed to gains without extreme dedication. But once I get to my max point just looking for the right thing to push me over the edge. I take all advice seriously. And respect anyone who gives me advice without making me feel stupid.
