is it bad if you get yohimburn on???
hey i was puttin that stuff yesterday and some got on my nipples. is that bad. it burned like a mo fo. they got a little puffy. just curious if anyone knows

Seriously, I don't think it will hurt, although it is a rather sensitive area. Maybe check with some of the guys at EF, I think they sell it over there. Don't think anyone here does.

Search on Yohimburn. There is someone that posts here that is very familiar with the product. PM him. I doubt that it's harmful. The peppermint oil is just very strong.....and that's a pretty sensitive area. I'm using it on my glutes, hams and abs. If you get it in the wrong spot when applying to the hams.....let me tell you... Your nipple pain is a WALK in the PARK.

Hey bro, theres no worries if u get it on ur nipples other then the burning from the peppermint oil. Try using less in that area to help.

as far as using (or getting on nipples) this is fine. this tissue can be very sensitive.. like some other parts.. if you are very sensitive you should avoid these areas.. though with repeated apps.. the tissue becomes desensitized to the l-menthol (somewhat.. it varies).
btw- a lot of people use on nipples to help with fat and/or puffyness.. however it is an anitdiuretic (yohimbine) and may during use increase water (why the yohimburn DF is reccomended for nipple use)
