4-6 weeks is optimal, 50mg is low for oral as most of it is destroyed in the liver, Make sure your taking milk thisle or another liver aid. Ive took 200mg/day for 8weeks any your joints start to hurt after a while. The good thing about winstrol is it does not last that long in your body so as long as your taking liver aids you can always stop if you get bad sides or just reduce the dose, play around until you find the right dosage for you, start at 50 an work your way up
