    Stopping excess water gain?

Ive posted a few times on the site now, and im gonna start my first cycle soon, just like every newbie i was all excited about the prospect of doing a cycle and wanted to try everything.

    But ive settled on a 12 week cycle of Test-E at 600mg/wk and week 1 - 4 D-Bol 40mg/ed...

My question is, how can i stop excess water retaintion and fat gain?

My diet is one i got from a friend, who got it from ***********, so thats all ok, its low carb on training days, and zero carb on none training days.

    Im 23 and 165 - 170 lbs, 10 - 12% BF...

Drinking as much water as you can will help with water retention and diet will help with fat gains...

Well you must be doing something right because you are even getting younger with time. Almost a year ago you where already 24 and you have lost 20 lbs but now you are going to cycle??? You where at a better weight a year ago and older.

So what's the truth? God why do people do this? 17 closer to the truth?

I don't know what your story really is but by the sounds of your diet you need a lot of work.

    I have a photographic memory.

    I just have lousy recall.

Thats why usually before I answer someone I like to do a little background check/search to see what their history is.

+2... keep in mind also some water retention is natty, natty increase in sodium levels will make the body retain water.

Don't freak out if you are holding some water at the end of the day.

Guys, he has not been back since he posted the thread over a month ago. He is underage and tried lying about his age and experience but got found out. No need to advise him anymore
