    Does Winny Make you Thirsty?

    Im just curious cus I always feel dehydrated even though Im drinking tons of water...

    never felt that or heard anyone who has! Well, just keep on drinking (water) its good 4 the liver and kidneys.

    winny will dehydrate you. the biggest problem with this is it makes your ligaments and tendons very tight. make sure you drink ALOT of water. i would suggest two gallons. keep one at work and one home. make sure they both get finished every day
