    anapolon/oxy how much???

    how much do i need too take

    1-12 proviron 25mg ed
    1-12 test e 500mg ew
    1-4 anapolon/oxy 100 mg ed

    does this look ok, or is it enough with 50 mg ed/oxy

    pct : clomen, nolvadex and pregnyl

    37 years
    195 cm
    123 kg
    11% body fat
    10 years of training
    and yes my diet is ok
