First time cycle critics welcome

I'm preparing to start my first cycle. I'm 28 6'0'' 200lbs. around 9% BF. I'm thinking about doing a pretty standard starter cycle. I have a concern about losing hair although my maternal side of the family has no hair loss, my dad is bald. Should I start the dutasteride a month or so before the cycle or can I just start use once I start seeing hair fall out? Is the Nolvadex neccessary at this light of a cycle during cycle? My final question, Should I also use an estrogen blocker like letro, aromasin, ect..? Any other suggestions or corrections are welcome.

1-12 week Test-C 500mg/wk
1-12 week Nolvadex 10mg/day
1-17 week dutasteride .25/day

13-17 week Nolvadex 20mg/day

PCT week 13-17
Clomid 150mg/day day 1
Clomid 100mg/day day 2-11
Clomid 50mg/day day 11-21

don't use the nolva throughout the entire cycle. It's unnecessary and will prevent making the best gains possible. (you need estrogen to build muscles). Only use the nolvadex @ 10mg if gyno flares up on cycle (i.e. your nipples get sensitive).. but this may not even happen. I never have experienced gyno once and I'm 4 cycles deep now..

Other suggestions:

extend Test-C to 14 weeks. (trust me! 12 isn't enough on cyp IMO)

PCT looks perfect.
