People just dont get it... yes some compunds will retain less water than other and therefor are better suited for "the hard look".
Buts its all diet brother...
ya i know im not a total newb on here, then with a proper diet, what would be the best gear for hard, keepable gains? so you cant do deca alone without horrible side effects?
no deca by itself if you want your wee wee to work..

i dont know anyone thats tried var but some people on here have said its almost un noticeable

155 and atleast 4 years of training my diet is fine but not great i need to eat more if im going to work out consistntly

you want to do AAS and you dont even work out consistantly?? It would seem as though you would try working out 5-6 days a week for ayear or so before hit the sauce. You might find out you dont even need t
ya ive been working out for only 2 months consistently now and im as strong as ever and i only do 4 days a week but i do 2 muscle groups p/day with 2 days cardio aswell
